Körpertherapie
Body therapy
Many patients want to understand the cause of their problems. However, understanding usually puts us at a distance from a deeper experience. The following therapeutic procedures support change processes by incorporating visible actions and physical experiences.
Sword work
Many people could make it easier for themselves if they consciously decided whether they wanted to accept or change a situation. The sword helps to clarify upcoming decisions and to check whether they correspond to one's own inner being. Give exercises with the sword - decision-making and distinctiveness, - greater clarity regarding one's own feelings and thoughts, - structure and orientation, - Ability to create space and demarcate, - the determination to get to the point, - a sense of the right timing, - the release of inner forces for authenticity and new (non-)doing, - Presence and mindfulness. It is also possible to find clarity about professional situations or relationships with other people. Sword work is linked to the practice of Hara or Ki power. As a special method of supervision, working with the sword is also suitable for managers who want to reflect on their own leadership field.
Respiratory therapy
Our breath creates our life. And our life produces our breath. Our breath always behaves according to our respective situation. It is not just a purely physical matter, but behaves in accordance with both our inner attitude towards life and our short-term emotions. It is an expression of our entire mental, emotional and physical condition. Breathing therapy is particularly suitable for people who - in certain situations you often have a feeling of inner oppression or fear, - want to get to the bottom of existing breathing problems holistically, - Having difficulty letting go of something that has long been a thing of the past, -want to experience the connection between your breath and inner freedom.
bodywork
Anyone who is primarily occupied with their own thoughts and ruminations hardly notices themselves anymore. He sees himself and his surroundings through a filter that corresponds exactly to what he is dealing with. Anyone who does not feel themselves well also has a poor perception of other people. One of the ways to improve self-perception is: the bodywork according to Graf Dürckheim. It sees a person's entire body as an expression of their overall human condition and distinguishes the body that one has from the body that one is. Bodywork goes beyond psychological and psychosomatic perspectives and also includes the essential existence of a human being. Bodywork can consist of performing taught exercises as well as touching clothing. The objectives of this work are to achieve - a more differentiated ability to perceive oneself and the environment, - a more self-confident stamina and contact with the ground, - a posture that allows an essential tension to emerge from under- or over-tension, - permeability one's own nature, - a good presence in the inner and outer world, - a natural mobility and ability to differentiate.
Connective tissue work / posture coaching
This therapy, which also includes Ida Rolf's methods of structural integration, consists of a combination of awareness of one's own posture and extremely slow work on the connective tissue. By avoiding oil, the work on the connective tissue goes much deeper than is possible with conventional massages. Poor posture that has been fixed for decades often requires loosening work on the connective tissue with a particularly deep effect. This is particularly true in the case of severe cramps or pain, when natural uprightness and physical tone could not previously be achieved with conventional methods - such as physiotherapy or standard massages. My type of treatment is particularly successful for herniated discs in the lumbar and cervical vertebrae, severe back pain, neck pain or jaw pain, as well as a variety of breathing problems. Even heart pain previously diagnosed by several doctors, which was solely due to tension in the intercostal muscles, disappeared. It is also scientifically recognized that practicing an upright physical posture has a positive effect on feelings of anxiety and depression. Conversely, a slumped posture not only causes a corresponding mental state, but also sends a message to the people we interact with in our private or professional lives. We are usually not aware of this, but it can be experienced personally during my treatment if we consciously adopt different postures and observe the effects. The prerequisite for treatment success is of course a conscientious diagnosis on my part, which also takes into account the possibility of other causes. This method of body work and posture coaching is particularly suitable for people with persistent back, shoulder and neck pain who have not found any improvement in their symptoms with standard massages or physiotherapy. In addition to the other methods I use (e.g. psychotherapy or respiratory therapy), it is also suitable for treating depression or breathing problems. In addition, it may be important in the context of posture coaching and the effect of one's own body language in connection with professional questions in the context of professional coaching.
Guided drawing
Anyone who looks at the world carefully will discover that everything visible is made up of the simplest form elements. In that of Dr. With the guided drawing developed by Maria Hippius-Gräfin Dürckheim, we experience these form elements as creation formulas of our soul, which show us the way, which power and which quality of soul wants to come into our lives, in order to help us gain new insights into our very own, distinctive path. Guided drawing is a meditative process in which we allow ourselves to be guided by our inner being with our eyes closed and become vigilant about ourselves. By turning to our inner movement, the image powers of our soul are brought into consciousness, which set an example. No prior knowledge or artistic talent is required.
Voice therapy
The voice is an unmistakable expression of our own inner being. In voice training we learn to bring our voice to its own potential for development and gain an awareness of how we as a person are revealed in it. On the one hand, this includes the persona (Greek: mask) with which we fill certain roles in life and also express this vocally. Accordingly, in voice training we find the term: “singing into the mask”. On the other hand, it is about the personar (Latin for sounding through), i.e. about a quality that is what we actually mean in terms of essence. When the experience of the essential voice is made, both the practitioner and the listener immediately know: "This is it!" The improvement in vocal range, tone, resonance and carrying capacity as well as the clarity of pronunciation are then a natural side effect that results from the mindfulness of practice. Practicing your own voice means - making yourself heard and giving authenticity to your own voice, - learning to both hear and feel your own voice, - freeing your body from harmful tensions and making it vibrate, - inconsistencies in both physical voice as well as in the entire existence, - to find an internalization of our senses in conscious action, - to become an explorer of one's inner spaces and to fill oneself with new dynamics. Voice formation occurs through speaking and/or singing. Voice training is also suitable for problems with the speaking or singing voice. Special prior knowledge or a “good voice” are therefore not a requirement.
